Paul joined Qlik in 2014 as the Director of Industry Solutions for the Retail and Services industries for the EMEA region. In his role, Paul engages in consultative sales support with customers and prospects across enterprise, mid-market and other strategic areas. Paul also contributes to the retail industry segment’s go-to-market strategy and business plan, defining key solutions, positioning Qlik products and creating and developing a suite of segment specific sales enablement materials. He is also responsible for raising brand recognition through sector specific analyst and media relations.
Paul brings to his role over 30 years of experience in the Retail and Business Intelligence sector. This includes 19 years in various data-driven roles at Sainsburys, the UK’s second largest retailer and 11 years in the Business Intelligence sector, helping leading businesses around the world deliver value out of their existing data and discover new big data insights. More recently Paul has helped leading retailers gain ROI from their investment in transformation projects through the use of data discovery strategies.
